• You can return your items for a full refund or store credit.
• Returns are accepted for all products within 30 days of delivery, excluding items on sale. 
• Ensure items are in original unused condition, with all tags, cards, boxes, and/or pouches included. Any gift with purchase received with your order must also be returned.
• Orders returned after 30 days won’t be accepted.
• Choose to return for a refund to your original payment method (minus a $9.99 handling fee), or opt for an exchange or store credit with no additional fee. If your Melania Clara jewelry arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us at hello@melaniaclara.com for a replacement at no cost.
• Refunds are processed upon receiving your package. Note that refunds cannot be processed more than 30 days after the delivery date.
• To start your return, please fill out the form below and you will be issued a return shipping label within 24 hrs.

Your shipping must include a tracking number. Please email your tracking number to returns@melaniaclara.com and we will process your refund once we get your package. We recommend purchasing insurance since we cannot be responsible for lost/damaged packages.

• We ship all our orders with insurance, so if any of your received goods are damaged, you must contact us within three (3) days of receipt, so we can proceed accordingly with the shipping carrier.  
• Damaged goods may be returned if the claim was filed within 3 days of receiving your order.

• Always store your jewelry pieces individually to prevent them from rubbing together, scratching, or tangling. Utilize the MC pouches provided to keep each piece safely separated, and the polishing cloth to clean them after each use.
• To maintain the luster of your jewelry, store it in a dark, cool, and dry place.
• Avoid Direct Sunlight, as prolonged exposure can cause jewels to lose their vibrant color.
• Keep creams, sprays, and other chemical substances away from your jewelry. Items like perfume, hairspray, makeup, nail polish remover, body oils, sunscreen, and deodorant can damage the materials. Clean your jewelry promptly if it comes into contact with any of these substances.
• We recommend removing rings when washing your hands, and avoid wearing your jewelry while swimming or showering. Gold and silver plated pieces are especially vulnerable to damage from chlorine, which can cause permanent damage or discoloration.

• Every piece of Melania Clara jewelry is covered by our two year warranty. In the unlikely event that your jewelry presents manufacturing defects, we will gladly repair or replace the piece at no charge. This warranty is valid when the jewelry has manufacturing defects and the request for repair or replacement is made within two years of the original purchase date.
