- In the unlikely event that your jewelry presents manufacturing defects, we will gladly repair or replace the piece at no charge. This guarantee is valid when the jewelry has manufacturing defects and the request for repair or replacement is made within one year of the original purchase date.
- Please note that this guarantee policy does not cover damages resulting from wear and tear, misuse, or accidents.
